We currently offer shipping to the following countries/regions:
– New Zealand (nationwide)
– Australia (selected products only)
– For other countries, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods (e.g., promotional seasons), processing may take longer. We will notify you via email of any delays.
3. Shipping Time & Costs
Shipping times and costs are as follows:

4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can also view your shipping status on the ‘My Orders’ page.
5. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees apply). If a package is returned due to no one being available to receive it, the customer is responsible for the redelivery fee.
6. Order Delays or Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at sales@goodiegoodie.co.nz . We will assist in tracking your package and resolving the issue.
7. Additional Notes
– We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
